If you want to go all natural when it comes to moisturizing your skin there are a few things that you can do and that would be by using jojoba oil, olive oil, vitamin E, use sesame oil, avocado oil, honey, beeswax, cocoa butter, coconut oil as well as macadamia extract. You can buy most of these things at any health foods store and then take any combination of them and mix them together to create your own personal moisturizer.
