How to Effectively Clean Out Clogged Pores With Salicylic Acid

You can immediately tell if you have a pore on your face that is clogged. The way you know is that there will be a whitehead present. The whitehead is what gives it away because when a pore is clogged it will form a white head. They can also at times appear on the skin as blackheads. What these are, are whiteheads that also have dirt at the top of it which makes it look black instead of white. All of this is caused from the pore getting clogged with oil and dead skin. If you do it properly you can get rid of this problem with some effort.

Very first thing you need to do is make sure that you wash your face with a salicylic acid cleaner. This is a beta hydroxy acid that can penetrate the oil that is found in the pores and will help to remove the oil that is clogging the pores. It will also help to remove some of the dead cells that are in the pores. So, put a small amount of the cleaner onto a wet washcloth and then go ahead and scrub your face gently.

You should also alternate your face cleaning by adding an exfoliating cleaner on a different day. You can use something like oatmeal or even finely ground up almonds to help remove even more dead skin cells and extra oils that might be clogging your pores.

Another thing to do is to take a clean and we washcloth and put it in your microwave for 45 seconds. Let it cool off for a few seconds and then put the washcloth on any area that you see has clogged pores. This is a good way for you to open up the pores so they will be easier to rid of the clogs from the pores.

After you have finished doing all of this you need to pa your face dry with a clean towel. Then take a little bit of clay mask and put it on the clogged pores and let it stay there until it dries. Clay has the natural ability to take oil and dirt out of the pores of the skin.

After you have left the clay mask on for a few minutes you can then remove the mask with a damp cloth. Then take a pore cleansing strip and apply it to the clogged pores and press it down firmly onto the skin. Make sure to leave this on for another few minutes and then when you are done you can pull it off the face and it should clear out the last of the clogs that might be remaining on your face.

Finally you should take a dot of benzoyl peroxide cream and put the dot or dots of the cream on the areas that had the clogs. This will help to dry out any extra oil there still might be and it will also help to heal the pores that were clogged.
