How To Prevent Acne From Occurring or Reappearing!

1. Oil is the major reason for acne breakouts. 3. Try to develop and maintain a healthy and regular bowel habit. Take fibre if you are constipated. A regular bowel movement will ensure a clean and clear skin.

4. Follow a good eating regimen. Make sure you avoid too much fat in your diet. An increased fat intake will result in increased oil-secretion by the pores and therefore it would be tougher to control pore clogging, resulting in greater chances of having pimples. Try to avoid red meat, oily fish and spices. Increase intake of green vegetables and raw food in your diet.

The above fours steps would ensure almost complete elimination and prevention of acne for almost anyone. If your acne is still persistent, it is advisable to consult a good dermatologist who might prescribe you antibiotics for local application. Antibiotics would ensure that your skin is bacteria-free which would further ensure that your skin is pimple free.
